Blue Penguin
You want to collect cute penguins, the smaller they are the cuter they are! Color cards and value cards as specified, and you draw two cards from the pile. In a turn, you play a card from hand to table and draw a card; when all have played, whoever played the highest value collects all cards for their stack. When all cards have been played, you determine your cuteness points in your cards not according to card values, but according to the value of card colors in the display and win with most points. Includes advanced version with random assignment of values to the colors.
