Bremen: Power supply without atomic power plants, therefore more intensive rivalling for scarce resurces; there are no classic costs for connections between cities, but flat rates for city boroughs. Some boroughs are already at their capacity limit with a second connection. Manhattan: Manhattan has a huge demand for power supplies, but little room for power grids; therefore the companies rival for affordable connections in Manhattan; the board shows only one region and the game is exclusively played in Step 1.
