You develop your prehistoric tribe by adding new members and huts and collecting of tools and stores. Tribe cards and resources are stacked as stated; you take a chief, and you decide together if you play the standard or the advanced tribe side. Players take turns until the last resource from the central stack has been taken. In your turn you 1, take a tribe card and the corresponding resources, 2. Lay out tribe cards from your hand, paying with resources and maybe discarding a card and resolving an eventual instant effect, 3. can use storage cards and 4. administrate available resources. At the end of the round in which the center stack is empty, the victory points on the displayed tribe cards are scored.
