Harrow County
Baby Emmy appears under the tree on which Hester the Witch was hanged; Emmy, raised in deep bonding to nature, is now protecting, together with some other outsiders, the people of Harrow County against Hester’s family. You play one of five factions – Protector, Family, Kammi, Hester Beck or the Fairy Folk – with their own mechanisms and individual goals. In introductory game and five chapters offer – in each chapter – more rules, more components and more game depth. A round comprises three phases: Phase 1 with placing of residents or buildings; Phase 2 with player turns of action via faction-related activation of abilities; actions complete objectives and score points; abilities are advance, strengthen and spawn. Phase 3 comprises scoring of Brambles and set-up of the next round. If you have accrued seven points at the end of a round, you win. Based on a comic by Cullen Bunn and Tyler Crook
