Reif für die Insel
Once again, monkeys wrestle for bananas, but this time with coconuts in play. You have an island board and nine monkey cards; banana tokens are in a bag. A seasons comprises several skirmishes and one feasting phase. For a skirmish, you draw tokens – bananas are placed in a row, parrots underneath, thunder clouds above. When bananas equal to number of players are laid out, you place monkey cards next to bananas, cards of higher value defeat lower cards. When all have a monkey at a banana, you take the banana + eventual parrots and put the banana on your island, the parrot next to the island. When all islands are full, in the feasting phase parrots eat one banana of their color from your island and then you eat all bananas of the season’s color(s) for your scoring stack, black bananas score negatively. After three seasons you add up bananas and remaining cards in hand.
