The Glade

 

A glade in the summer forest! You fill your personal forest with sets of forest tiles showing creatures, leaves, and fruits; a set comprises three tiles and should be placed in a way that allows you to plant toadstools on the central glade for points. Even more points can be earned by removing the toadstools from the grade by placing the right forest tile.

In your turn, you either place 1-4 tiles and, if you form a set of 3 or 4 tiles, take a toadstool marker for your storage OR take ownership of a toadstool marker. If then you have minimum one marker in store and minimum one empty enclosed space on your forest board, you have additional actions. If someone has planted all toadstools or cannot refill his rack of forest tiles, the final scoring at the end of the round gives you points for your own toadstools in the glade or with other players, toadstools in your storage or enclosed spaces, for toadstool markers showing two toadstools minus penalty points for groups of tiles not connected to the central space. Includes a variant “Matching Game”.
