The rounds in the game comprise six phases: 1) Flip two coins, both quacks receive the bonus of their coin. 2) Brew potion, comprising several turns of drawing ingredient chips and resolving their effects, for instant bottle explosion or moving patients or completing a potion. 3) After effects with resolving of deferred ingredient actions. 4) Market Control with rating round card, selecting scales bowl and receiving bonuses. 5) Buy of new ingredients, only 1 gold can go to the next round. 6) End of round – all chips go into the bag; market stalls and patients remain at their locations. After 7 rounds or treatment of one player’s 6th patient of one player, you win with most patients.
