Neoville
Urban development using organic resources for quality of life and harmony points. Skyscrapers for Earth, Forest, Stone and Waterfall are set out, as are two out of three utilities options, Ecomobile, Windmill or Biodome. In 16 rounds you first add a tile to your city, can then take and place a new skyscraper or utility on this tile and then draw a tile. Tiles must be placed adjacent to another tile by two terrain slots, terrains need not correspond. Skyscrapers are placed into a suitable terrain without tree or athlete; utilities can be placed with other skyscrapers or utilities, but also not with tree or athlete symbol. Districts are made up of orthogonally connected terrain slots next to a location and provide harmony points if the number of terrain slots is grater than the harmony value of skyscraper or utility. Tree and athlete symbols provide harmony points for majorities.
Urban development and tile placement for 2-4 players, ages 10+
