At the ends of a hourglass-shaped board, players place their 9 discs. All other slots are marked for starting positions, the middle slot is neutral unmarked ground. The active player snips a disc towards the opponent’s discs to push one or several off the board. If they manage it and their disc remains on the board, they have another turn, with the same disc or another one. The turn ends if you do not hit an opponent’s disc or only touch one or if their own disc slides off the board. If one of the players has no discs left on the board, the round ends; this player puts his disc into the row row from where he started, the other one starts in next row with one disc less, and so on until one player reaches the middle ground and wins.
