Schätz die Erde

Countries are assessed and assigned to categories; for a round, you are dealt three country cards and lay them out flag side up; the other side must not be looked at. Three category cards are laid out open-faced. Then you place your countries as well as possible at the category cards, you can change your mind. When all are placed you check the cards at each categorie for meeting the conditions best; 3-2-1 points are assigned and you move your pawn accordingly. Then you draw a country card for the player in last position - if he names the capital of the country correctly, he can advance his pawn by three steps. After four rounds you win with most points.

Categories are: Highest/lowest value in population, population density, capital population, gross domestic product, forest area, country area, road network, average year temperature, rainfall and - absolute - number of letters in name of capital.
