Agora
A round comprises citizen placement, actions, and cleanup. Citizens are placed in turn one by one face-down on free slots in five areas. Those area actions are then resolved in order of Market, Exchange, Stoa, Court and Monument. At Stoa, you enhance rhetoric abilities by discarding resources. At the Court, you add rhetoric points of your citizens, with the most you impeach a trader of your choice from the Market. For the verdict, rhetoric points of randomly determined citizens = judges are added, with most points you become the Judge and sentence the trader at your discretion. When six traders have been pronounced guilty or one player reaches the top monument level or two citizens of the same player achieve the top rhetoric level, you add victory points from Impeachment, Verdict, Monuments and Rhetoric boards.
Development and collecting for 2-4 players, ages 10+
