Office 21

 

Office 21 uses the mechanism of Black Jack - you must not exceed a value of 21. Character cards have varying values, you begin with three cards. The active player replenishes his hand to three cards and must then play a card; the power of this card is activated. If you cannot play a card without exceeding 21, you are out of play. If someone achieves the exact value of 21, all others have one turn to frustrate this; if they do not succeed, the player with 21 has won. When the card deck is empty, you win with the highest total in your display, provided you are still in play. Winning with the lowest total and other game-end/winning situations are stated.
