Hands in The Sea
Struggle between Rome and Carthage to control Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica. The game is determined by actions, actions come from cards in your hand and your deck. Each side has its special cards and has cards in common with the other faction. Card types are Locations, Empire, Event and Strategy. At the start you control some locations that provide resources that are used for actions. Locations also provide means of transport, income, colonists, development of military and navy or starting points for attacks. Empire cards provide military functions or upgrade actions or damage the opponent. There are various victory conditions, e.g. enough victory points or conquest of the opposing capital.
