Cool Runnings
Real ice cubes for playing pieces! A race track is laid out with five board parts and a finish piece; you receive four cards and a colored cap; you empty one of the blue cups you used to form the cubes and put the cube into your cap; cup+cap are your playing piece. As active player, you play a card, either for movement – you move any piece accordingly forward or backwards. Or you play the card for one of seven attack types at another player who can deflect the attack to someone else by playing the identical card. Who cannot deflect the attack, must resolve it – they all cause partial melting of the cube. If you cube is completely melted, you are out of play. Whoever is first across the finish or the last one play, wins.
