Arctic Scavengers

 

2097 - A cataclysmic shift in climate plunges Earth into an ice age; survivors band together into tribes. You are the leader of one such tribe, coping with scarce supplies of resources, tools, medicine, and also mercenaries for the fight against up to four other tribes. A round in the game comprises three phases: Drawing Phase - all discard all cards and draw five cards from their deck; Resource Gathering Phase - The Initiator takes the first action, using any number of cards to gather resources, announcing left-over cards for the skirmish, then all other players do the same. Skirmish Phase from round 3 on, the winner gets one Contested Resources card.

When their supply is exhausted, you win with the largest tribe.
