Ebbes
With 10 cards in a round you play a trick-taking game with compulsory following suit but without compulsory use of trump; at the start of the round trump color as well as positive or negative colors are not known. To determine those colors you turn up the top number determination card. When the first card of this value is played, this color is now trump and the color card is placed at the trump position at the board. The next cards of the same value in turn determine the colors for Plus, Ebbes, Minus and Nix. Cards in plus and Ebbes colors earn you points, those in the minus color cost you points. Your score is marked on the board. After five such rounds you win with most points.
