Pergamemnon Antebellum

 

The five most powerful ancient nations confront each other; each player represents one nation holding its army and city cards. A charisma card is placed underneath the city card, at the start of value 1; army cards make up your draw-pile and you start with three cards. You take four creature cards per player and turn up half of them. In your turn you can hire a creature or attack another player. The winner of the battle gets the used cards of the loser and can place them into his discard pile or use them for charisma. The nation card of the loser is deactivated. In case of a tie the nation card of the attacker is deactivated, the defender receives a charisma card. When there are fewer creature cards than players or a player cannot draw three cards you win with most points on your cards.

The expansion features two new nations – Germans and Makedonians – plus six ability cards.
