Geistesblitz 5 vor 12
Items for A Ghost’s rendezvous?
Geistesblitz 5 vor 12 is the third game in the Geistesblitz series, a sequel to Geistesblitz and Geistesblitz 2.0, with once again more difficult tasks for reaction speed and observation abilities. This time Ghost Balduin has a rendezvous and needs a hat, some perfume and his key, but Owl and Bat stir things up a bit.
The wooden pieces for Bat, Flashlight, Ghost Balduin, Clock, Hat, Key, Mirror, Owl and Vial are set out, 63 cards are shuffled and stacked face-down. Then one card is turned up and you quickly grab the depicted piece if it is depicted in the correct color. When no piece is depicted correctly, you grab the missing piece in the missing color. But: When ghost and watch are visible, you name the time. You are only allowed to grab one figure, and if you take the correct one you are rewarded with the card of this round. There are variant: If a figure is depicted in the mirror, you take this figure without regard for the color it is showing; when the owl is depicted you name the missing figure or, if both the owl and the mirror are both showing on the card, you name the color of the piece depicted in the mirror. If you make a mistake you lose a card, you give it to the player who reacted correctly. If there was no correct reaction to the card, the cards for mistakes are placed underneath the draw pile. When all cards have been used, you win, if you have collected most cards.
Once again the name describes the essence of the game, you need brain waves and concentration is this entertaining training for your brain; if you want to confront even more confusion you can combine the game with its predecessor issues.
