You decide on a career in crafts, corporation, or Public Offices, begin as an apprentice or untrained helper and win as the first Big Boss. Each step of the career path demands career points supplied by colored supporter cards. Those are acquired by exchange or buying and are paid for with other cards. A turn comprises drawing cards for your display, career step, swapping cards and acquiring cards. Grey cards are used to trigger events for other players or deflect events targeting you.
