Customers need to come to your pharmacy instead of using one of the other offers on the health market along the way. Pawns move by dice roll along the lines onto free slots and solve tasks - in case of a 6, the pawn stays in place; to move for a 4 or 5 you need to resolve a task, only for a roll of 1-3 the pawn advances immediately. Cards are competence or event cards; competence cards are drawn and resolved before you roll the die; event cards are drawn in case of a roll of 4 or 5. Game modes are Konkurrenzspiel / competitive mode to reach the target slot, Kompetenzspiel / competence mode to achieve the most competence points, and Partnerspiel / team mode to achieve the highest possible total of competence points together.
