Dwar7s Fall Royal Decrees

Control over the dwarf kingdoms is fought over, the Council of Elders has deemed it necessary to change the rules of dwarven society by Royal Decrees - featuring three new classes of dwarves, 10 Royal Decrees offering rules variants and also five scenarios that activate special sets of Decrees enabling thematic ways to play; there is also a new secret goal, the Dragonslayer.
