Maître Renard

Whoever manages, in the guise of a fox, to be first to steal ten eggs from the farm, will be the successor to old Master Fox. The game comprises animal pieces, snake, fox and hammer as ruse pieces, and task cards. Animals are put into the box, three task cards are on display. The box is closed and shaken, all put on their fox masks. Then the box is opened and all search for animals corresponding to the tasks; animals you find you transfer to your left hat, the so-called sack. You can never have more than four pieces in your sack. If you have minimum three pieces in the sack, you can call a halt to searching. For each piece corresponding to the tasks you score 1 point = 1 egg, each unsuitable piec eand each double piece loses you a point, and more than one ruse piece also costs you a point. Ruse figures have special abilities.
