Fantastische Reiche

You want to rule the most powerful realm on earth. To achieve this, you take cards from pile or display to form the best possible combination. Cards come in ten suits, and every card carries name, basic strength and information on bonuses and penalties. You are dealt seven cards, and in a turn you draw a card and discard a card openly, it is always visible and available for all. When the 10^th card is discarded, you score your hand: Sum basic strengths, bonuses and penalties, blocked cards are ignored.
