Vorsicht, Stufe

You have stairs segments in varying lengths; in a turn you spin the color wheel and place one of your segments on the staircase of that color on the board, so that there are exactly 2 persons on that segment. If that is not possible, you must take all segments on that stair. If you are first to be rid of all your segments, you win.
