Maps of Mistarra
You are paid to explore and chart terrain on the island – truthfully or adapted to the wishes of your employers? In rounds you have one turn of two half days comprising three phases each: Movement, choose sketch card and chart or claim. You may go on a terrain tile or beach tile and may use the effect of a terrain tile. Then you choose a sketch card from the display; for charting, you place the sketch on your parchment, at least one half in visual range of your cartographer on the island board, and update the corresponding slots on the island map, with eventual confirmation. To claim, you discard the selected sketch and place a claim token on the location of your cartographer to claim a connected group containing at least one confirmed tile. At the end, you remove unconfirmed tiles from the island board and score correlation of your parchment board with the island board, conjecture cards and claimed regions minus empty slots on the parchment.
