Trakkx

Straight or four of a kind

Trakkx is tile placement game - 112 number tiles 1 to 14 in four colors each and four action tiles. From the bag you randomly draw 15tiles and set them up in front of you. Six additionally, also randomly drawn tiles make up an open display for all players. In your turn you must either take a tile from the display and replace it with a tile from the bag or play an action tile for “all hand on two tiles to the left” or “you draw three tiles” or add one or several tiles to the display on the table. With adding tiles to the display you form sequences of 3 to 4 identical numbers in different colors or rows of 3 to 14 tiles of the same color. Groups are tiles in rows and sequences, connected like a cross-word puzzle; only three or four groups are allowed on the table and you must open a group of your own before you can add tiles to other groups. A row of tiles must always comprise at least three tiles.

If you want to re-arrange tiles you can take sequences or rows from any group or groups of your choice and re-arrange them, adhering to the rows for formation of rows, sequences and groups and all tiles must be used, there can be no leftovers. Groups may be joined which enables you to form new groups.

If a player can place all his tiles he wins instantly. If you want to play several games, each player adds the values of remaining tiles, special tiles are worth 20 points. After the agreed number of games you win with the lowest total score.
