Precious
stones are auctioned off, players try to combine them into valuable colliers. A
collier consists of one central stone and a minimum of 2 stones of the same
kind, symmetrically arranged, the center stone must be the most valuable. The
value of the collier is value of the stones times number of different kinds of
stones. Gem cards and money are kept hidden from the other players,
the
auctioneer receives a percentage and has the first right tu buy under certain
conditions. He decides if the auction is done by rising or by falling bids, if
prices rise he sets the starting price. "Falling" must be paid in
cash, "rising" can be paid in gems or colliers from round 7 on,
earlier in cash only, for the first 6 rounds the auctioneer must have the
starting price in cash or he must do a falling auction. When the draw pile has
been completely auctioned twice, the game ends and the player with the most
valuable collier wins.
