Piñata

Four mats are laid out and filled as specified with candy from the bag. You have eight cards in hand. In a turn you place a card at a mat, usually on your side, but on the other side if your side is already filled. If you cannot play a card, you show your hand, discard cards and draw cards. Number and color of candies on a mat determine the number and color of cards to place there. When the necessary number of cards is on both sides, the mat is scored – depending on the type of mat you win with either the highest or the lowest total value of cards on your side. You take the candies; the mat is turned over and filled with candy. If you have the candies depicted on a medal card, you take the card and win with three medal cards.
