Railway Mania in the Eastern Counties

Railway companies in East Anglia, based on the 18xx system. There are three types of trains and 20 companies, 16 of them are randomly selected at the start of a game. Permits for local trains, freight trains and express trains are also dealt randomly. You can petition parliament for floating a preferred company, can capitalize companies partially or fully, and can also merge companies. The stock market works based on the system used in 1860.
