To avoid traders and their yaks getting lost in the fogs of the Himalayan tablelands, stone towers must be piled up for their navigation. Every round represents a day comprising morning, noon and evening. In the morning, a new trader and their vehicle stand in front of your board; at noon, you resolve the previously selected action – building, supply or market – and in the evening the vehicles are moved to the respective next board. To build, you swap a suitable combination of food for stones from the vehicle. For supply, you take all food tokens of a type from the vehicle into your tent. For market, you take two food tokens of any combination from the market into your tent and then draw two stones from the bag. If fog is drawn, the vehicles change direction, and the fog stones are put on the fog track. After five days, you score stone towers for group size, number of groups and bonuses as well as crystals for color assignment, and also the stupa marker.
