Windy Woody

Woody is flying kites, and because the wind is strong and cool he has dressed in warmly. Players need to find out which kite fits Woody’s garments.

Between the board with colored kites and the board with Woody’s Scarf+Hat, Jacket, Trousers, Shoes and Mittens of different colors you place – depending on the intended degree of difficulty – one, two or three boards parts showing kite strings – all boards have two different sides, you choose any of them. Then you decide on on one of four variants – Kit Color, Missing Color, Ribbons or Combination.

For Kite Color you use the color die – all search at the same time and follow the kite of the color rolled to the correct Woody and if you spot which of his garments has the same color as the kite, you grab the corresponding card.

For Missing Color you need to find the garment of the color that is missing in the kite, its ribbons and its string.

For Ribbons you pay attention to the ribbon colors of the kites and take the card for the garment that has the same color in both Woodies. In the Combination variant you use the Task Die to determine one of the previous mentioned variants for the color rolled.

When the correct Woody is missing on the board, you take the card with all garments crossed out. In all versions you receive a Ribbons Card for taking the correct garment card and may then turn over boards or change the order of string parts or replace one string part with another. When all Ribbons Cards have been handed out, you win with most of them.

A very nice game! Following the strings with your eyes only is and the changing of boards avoids memorizing of combinations.
