6 x 4 animals – lions, zebras, hippos, chimpanzees, giraffes and elephants – start in any order on the outer path, the explorer starts at a pond on the inner path. Then one animal of each kind is hidden beneath a bush and each player receives his own board on which he collects his animals. The explorer moves according to the roll of a die, if he stops in front of an animal, the active player may take it if he needs it. In front of a bush one may look underneath and take the animal, too. If one knows which animal is under the bush and does not need it, one may name it and - if one is right – move again. If the explorer stops at a pond, an animal wants to drink and is put back. If the die shows explorer or pond, there are special rules. Who is the first to have collected all 6 animals, wins.
