Development of residential areas in the 1950ties.The Big Box features the classic game all expansions and new boards. In the classic game, one specification card #1, #2 and #3 is laid out, and building cards form three combinations of number and action. You select one of the combinations; the number is entered on your sheet - houses in a street must carry ascending numbers. The action of a combination can only be resolved if you could build the house; if not, you mark a strike symbol. Action options are surveyor, real estate agent, landscaper, pool manufacturer, temp agency or “Bis” for duplicating numbers. After action, you score met specifications. After someone marked the third strike or has scored all three specification cards or filled all building slots, you add points for scored specifications, parks, pools, used temp work and complete estates according to real estate agents and deduct penalty points for bis and strikes.

Featured expansions are Eiersuche, Eiswagen, Halloween, Weihnachtsglanz, Doomsday, Alien Invasion, Zombie-Apokalypse, Die verlorenen Entlein, American Dream and Karten von Gleis 9^3/4, supplemented by the new board Blaupaus, a new illustrated board for the classic game, and an advanced version.
