Success from clever investments and generous donations. You follow Andrew Carnegies example and recruit employees, expand by investments in real estate, production, development of transport technology and expansion of transport networks and also donate to charity. in 20 rounds you have one turn each. The starting player selects an action – personnel, admin, construction or research & development – which triggers and event – income or donation – for all players. Then, all players active the department(s) of their company that correspond to the selected action and then all cab activate inactive employees in any department. Income and some departments give you victory points. After 20 rounds you score points for connections between big cities, unused action jokers, active employees, added departments, status of the project tabs, construction projects built, and donations.
