You follow Andrew Carnegie’s example and recruit employees, expand by investments in real estate, production, development of transport technology and expansion of transport networks, and also donate to charity. The expansion introduces four independent modules that can also be combined any way you like – 1) A New Beginning with bidding on starting player, selecting of starting resources and secret administration of capital; 2) New Departments with Sets for Internal Specialization, Local Agency Networks, Improved Flexibility and Miscellaneous Achievements, 3) New Donations, and 4) three optional rules for Open Bar Setup, Wait and Secret Donation.
