Monkey go!

You should take your monkey safely across the river. Starting river bank and finish river bank tiles are laid out, their distance determines the duration of the game. You roll the die and can turn up that many cards one by one and place them immediately after turning them up next to the card with your monkey; the monkey transfers immediately to the newly placed tile, the tile he left is discarded. Stone tiles are safe, crocodiles can be crossed if there are stones behind them; you cannot stop on a crocodile - should this occur you must go back to your last position. When your monkey stops at a turtle you can turn up an additional card in your next turn, if he stops at a tree trunk you must deduct 2 from your next roll, that is, lose a turn when you roll 1 or 2. A whirlpool must be bypassed and you can use tiles placed by your fellow players. If you are first to reach the opposite bank you win.
