Investors, called Lions, receive proposals from inventors and start-ups about innovative business ideas, searching for risk investments. Shares in businesses are offered in relation to a pre-determined business value. In each round each player is candidate once. In his turn he draws cards, presents a project, receives offers from Lions and can accept an offer which is then evaluated. In his offer a Lion states how many shares he wants to buy for what price, places his marker accordingly and lays out the money; he can offer whatever he wants. Lions can also offer a deal together. Then there is money for candidates or lions depending on acceptance or refusal of the offer and on completed missions.
