EDEN
Desert must
be transformed into the Garden Eden, who is the first to hold cultivated land
with a total of 20 fertility points, will win. The small squares on the board
are covered with landscape tiles in fertility stages from 1-4. The currency to
work with in Eden is Mana in the form of cards in different values, and then
there is a stack of cards with watering- and cultivation cards. Watering cards
carry coordinates and are necessary for placing a landscape tiles. Cultivation
cards enhance fertility of landscape tiles, but demands for number and shape of
landscape tiles must be met. Land of other players can be taken over with bids
of Mana in bid stages of 5 Mana, one can use one’s own neighbouring land for
support. A turn consists of receiving Mana according to fertility points, and
then either playing watering cards and landscape tiles including takeover bids,
or playing cultivations cards. At the end of a turn the player draws one card.
