DC Comics Superhelden
Batman, Green Lantern And the Joker
Seven DC Comics heroes - from Batman and Superman to Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern or Cyborg - are available, all with their own special power and individual game play. You choose a hero and begin with a starting deck of seven Fausthieb cards and three Verwundbar cards. The main Deck with the card types equipment, heroes, locations, villains and special abilities is stacked face-down, as are the cards for super villains, Tritt and Schwäche. Five cards from the Main Deck are put on display. Super Villain Ra’s al Ghul is always in play and the top card of the stack, open-faced.
For your turn, you draw five cards from your deck and can buy Tritt cards, cards from the display or the top super villain card and thus defeat the villain or play cards from your hand for their abilities. If a super villain is defeated, the next one is revealed and attacks all players with his “First Appearance” rules; those attacks can be countered with corresponding defense cards.
As usual, you discard all cards you acquired, played or did not use onto your personal discard pile and draw five cards from your draw pile; if necessary, you shuffle your discard pile for your new draw pile and replenish the display from the Main Deck.
When all super villains have been defeated or when the display cannot be completely replenished, you win with the highest total from victory points in your deck minus eventual Schwäche Cards.
State-of-the-art deck-building and yet different! Topic and mechanism are a marvelous symbiosis here, card interactions strengthen the topic and the design & graphics round out a classy, light, heroic and thrilling game!
