The legend of Blue Moon goes on, the throne pretenders call for envoys from foreign cultures to engage
in the conflict, and the pretenders themselves send their inquisitors to help
their leaders win. Pre-sorted Decks are expanded with the corresponding people
cards, an envoy and the cards detailed on the envoy card, the inquisitors are
not used for pre-sorted decks. Contrarily, for self-assembled decks the
inquisitors are used, a leader and an inquisitor are selected and the deck is
modified accordingly, the envoys are not used. 30 Cards
