Based on the book by Anna Llenas, the game offers ten activities about emotions; the components are a turntable of emotions, a monster mirror, cards on emotions and yoga as well as glasses, pompoms, a board and magnets – the emotions featured are anger, fear, sadness, serenity, joy and love.

The game is listed under several names – Farbenmonster, Color Monster, Ich entdecke die Emotionen – and is not identical with the game Das Farbenmonster, published by Huch!, which is also based on the book by Anna Llenas.
