Rail road companies in the 19^th and 20^th century - you are managing them, You build up your personal stock, that is, a deck of trains, personnel and facilities. Then you use those cards to build railways in the vicinity of Tokyo and Osaka, expand the towns and build real estate. The challenge is to get the cards you need and to get to use them. In a turn you play and buy cards in any order and as often as you want, but separately, as you do in other deck building games. When four stacks are empty or if you have used up all track markers or when all station markers have been placed, you add your bonuses for track and the points on cards.
