Shogi is
the traditional Japanese Chess. Kings Plate is a brand new game based on Shogi, playable as a board game or with cards. In each
version the game ends when the king is checkmated by the opponent. To check a
king you can use different pieces with different characteristics. The game is
not played with a fixed set of pieces, you can select your pieces for each game
to try new strategies or you can draw them at random, which in turn results in
more different strategies for each game.
