Say Thank you when drawing cards

The game comprises 70 cards, made up from 2 sets of cards of value 1 to 7 in five colors. You are dealt six cards and ten scoring markers, three cards are on display. You always place one card on a stack, either of the same value or the same color as the top card. This can result in combinations: PAIR: PAAR - the card is the same as the one it is placed on. You call “Pair” and play another card. STRAIGHT: The three stacks show consecutive values, not necessarily in ascending or descending order. You announce „Straight“ and name a player who must draw a card; you play another card. FLUSH: When the cards on all stacks have the same color, you announce „Flush“ and determine one player who draws two cards, or two players who draw one card each; you play another card. THREE OF A KIND: When the cards on the stacks have the same value, you announce “Three of a kind” and all other players draw a card, you play another card. If you do not announce a resulting combination, but another player announces it for you, you draw a penalty card. The effects of the combination do not apply. Whoever draws a card must always say “Thanks” for one card drawn and “Thanks a lot” for two cards drawn; whoever does not do so draws a penalty card. If you shed your last card, the round ends and all other players discard as many scoring markers as they have cards left in hand. You play such rounds until someone discards his last scoring marker, the game ends and you win if you have most markers left.

This offers a cute and very nice variation of a classic mechanisms, providing a well-working family or party game.
