Fabula Rasa Tell your Stories
Crime
When telling stories, stories are changed, embellished, elements are left out or added. Fabula Rasa uses this for a narrative game. The starting player takes six image cards, sorts them to his taste and then tells a story, using the card images in order and setting down the used card. At the end the cards go to the next player as face-down stack. This player rolls a die to determine which card is removed from the stack and then tells the story in order of the cards, leaving out the part of the removed card. If they manages this, they receive the removed card, draw two new cards, and continue the story. In case of a mistake, you stop, don’t receive a card and cannot add cards to the story. The first player to win five cards wins the game.
In the Set Crime players are barristers who must provide convincing explanations for a crime in their pleas.
