Ding! … und weg damit

Cards in each of nine colors are numbered from 1 to 9; you begin with 8 cards and, in your turn, discard a card of the same color or the same number shown on the top card of the discard pile. If you cannot do this, you draw a card. If, however, one of your cards in hand meets one of the requirements or you watch somebody doing an action named on one of your cards, you call “Ding” and discard that card immediately, even out of turn. If you are out of cards first, you win.
