Be My Valentine

You collect love points by exchanging love letters and win as the best lover with most points after three rounds. You secretly take a set of envelopes and an aid card. In your turn you select one action: Give a letter face-down to another player, who does not know if he received a love-letter or not. Or you declare your love to a player - if you received a lover letter from that player, too, both score. If your love was not reciprocated, the receiver of your letter scores a point, you score a penalty point. Or you can ask two other players to check their letters; if they exchanged love letters, you score.
