Rave Skip-It
Twister is known to all as a floor mat with dots in four colors, which you must touch with different parts of your body, following instruction from a spinner. The systems of Simon or Bop It, on the other hand, are reaction games, in which you must comply with instructions or handle series of sounds or colors. Twister Rave Skip-it now combines those two basic mechanisms, the original Twister provides the simple joy in moving and agility!
Twister Rave Skip it a combined game unit and is made up from a sling and the electronic Skip-it Unit, both are connected by a solid, flexible band. You activate the unit, put a foot into the sling so that the sling is around your ankle, let Skip-It swing around your ankle and jump over the band with your other foot. This swinging around makes lights go on on the unit. If you manage to active all four colors at the same time, you have managed to jump your way up to levels 27-30. Red indicates Levels 1-7, Blue Levels 8-14, Yellow stands for Levels 15-21 and Green for Levels 22-26. However, if you want to keep the colors activated you must not pause, because if you do the unit switches back to Level 1.
The rules for this game are, understandably, rather short, but they clearly tell you that you need room to play and should play on a dry, level and hard surface, and there are even tips on suitable clothing. And of course you should never swing the unit with your hands. If you comply with all of this you have an interesting and challenging game unit which trains agility and coordination of movements, fitness in the living room, so to say, or wherever else you can make room to play!
