Carcassonne Klöster in Deutschland

Six German monasteries to replace the monasteries from the base game; if you place a meeple on such a monastery, you can either place him as a monk, with all the standard monastery rules applying. Or you can put him on his side and use for an abbot who is scored at the end of the game - each abbot scores as many points as there are tiles orthogonally adjacent to it in uninterrupted line, plus 1 point for the monastery tile itself. The rules also provide information on the monasteries.
