In their move players place landscape tiles and thus construct a network of cities, roads, meadows and monasteries. Each player controls 7 men, who can be placed on the tiles to collect points as knights or robbers, farmers or monks. If a monastery or a city or a road is finished, the player who has with a man or the majorities of men at this location scores points. The farmers in the meadows are scored at the end of the game. The mini expansion “Das Fest” features 10 specially marked tiles which you place and then can either use to place a man on them or to take a man from anywhere in the game back into stock.
